Meet the Founders

Irene Eshak, AIA, NCARB

Irene was born in Nozha, Cairo - Egypt.  Since she was a child, she was fascinated with ancient Egyptian architecture.  In her middle and high school years, she excelled in free-hand sketching, sculpturing and painting.   She received her BA in Architecture from the University of Alexandria, College of Architecture and Fine Arts, and worked as an Architectural Graduate in the main headquarters and field offices of Samcrete Egypt, a fully integrated private sector engineering, construction and development company, until she moved to the United States with her husband, Daniel.  During her professional architecture internship, she worked for companies in Florida and Texas including nine years tenure with JACOBS, a nationally recognized architectural, engineering and construction company.  With the support of her husband, mentors and colleagues, Irene became a Registered Architect in the State of Florida and a professional member of the AIA.  Longing to stay engaged in the field of design and innovative architecture, Irene founded her own firm: iRevitto, LLC.  Returning recently from a long-term assignment in Beijing, China where she worked with Universal Creative, a Comcast-NBCUniversal brand, as a Senior Facility Design Manager on the ground-up Universal Studios Beijing Park & Resort project, Irene has come back home from this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to continue her dedication to Design and Architectural Services in the Sunshine State of Florida. She worked as a Senior Site Design and Development Project Manager with Bezos Academy where she served children through Bezos Academy’s charitable cause of providing tuition free, Montessori inspired, early childhood education to children ages 3 to 5 in underserved communities. Irene is currently working as a Senior Project Manager with BRPH managing a variety of commercial projects in the theme parks and industry. She is Vice Chair for the Women in Architecture (WIA) committee with the AIA Orlando chapter.

Irene is influenced by the works of Hassan Fathy and Frank Lloyd Wright.  She loves spending family time with her husband, parents, and two dogs. In her free time, she likes portrait sketching, watercolor painting and playing the guitar.

Irene is also a volunteer member of her church architectural committee, consulting on new designs and construction needs.  Using her talents to bring joy, comfort and beauty to her community is the ultimate fulfillment to Irene's soul.  She believes that making a difference in the world starts from within, one change at a time.

"Love, give, beautify and do good in this life since you are given this chance only once."

Daniel Eshak, MSc, PMP, DFSS, Realtor

Daniel is an award-winning Senior Program Manager and Fellow Engineer who brings contagious energy to every project he touches. With over 25 years of experience, he doesn’t just manage multimillion-dollar engineering feats—he dives into them with genuine curiosity and a drive to innovate. Whether he’s optimizing complex turbine technology or bringing theme park magic to life, Daniel’s philosophy is simple: he truly loves what he does.

His career highlight reel is nothing short of impressive. Daniel played a pivotal role in the historic opening of the Universal Beijing Resort, where he managed the engineering safety and validation for all 14 attractions—a massive, cross-continental undertaking that earned him the 2020 Universal Studios DNA Project Award. Before his adventures in the theme park world, he spent over a decade at Siemens Energy, where he notably led numerous international teams, including the team that built the world’s largest cooled turbine blade. A true inventor at heart, he holds 11 granted patents and four pending, constantly pushing the boundaries of mechanical engineering. Currently driving product integrity at Siemens Energy in Orlando, Daniel continues to tackle new challenges with his signature mix of expertise and excitement.

Beyond technical specs and project roadmaps, Daniel is a multifaceted leader who describes himself as a "servant at heart”, a philosophy that drives everything from his engineering feats to his community service.

As a people-first leader, he prides himself on building diverse, global teams and fostering an environment where integrity and friendship thrive alongside performance. This commitment to mentorship extends well beyond the office. For over 10 years, Daniel has served as a dedicated "Big Brother" with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Florida, acting as a role model and friend to local youths. He balances his technical expertise with a profound commitment to "embracing a purposeful life." His passion for giving back is global and local; beyond his long-standing mentorship with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Florida, he has served as President of Orlando Outreachers Inc., a Christian charity, for two years and volunteered with the Heart of Romania Children's Foundation, Base Camp Children’s Cancer Foundation, and Covenant House.

Based in Orlando, FL, a graduate of both UCF and MIT, Daniel is a dedicated husband and friend who cherishes connections with like-minded people. He approaches every new challenge—be it in engineering, real estate, or philanthropy—with the same signature mix of curiosity, gratitude, and drive.

"Lead with energy. Build with integrity. Deliver with impact"
